How to read this

• A pillar is only as strong as its weakest criterion. One unchecked admin key is not averaged away. Hover or focus a rating to see the weakest criteria; the provider page lists them.
• "No evidence" counts as zero. The burden of proof is on the evidence, not on you. The Evidence column shows how much of each provider has been assessed.
• The CROPS tally counts, it does not score. It shows how many of the 23 criteria hold up (Partial or Strong), fall short (Weak or Fails) or have no evidence. Every criterion counts once, so a high tally can still hide a pillar that fails. Read it next to the pillar ratings. Rows are grouped by type and sorted by chain, then name. The order is not a ranking; how to weigh the pillars is your call.
